At 1:40 a.m. on Saturday, 02 JUL 2016, a memorial service was held at the corner of Belmont and Western,
the exact time and place where eight years earlier, PO Rick Francis was murdered.
May he rest in peace, knowing that he, his sacrifice and his family will NEVER be forgotten.
